Tropical Villas (Location in Kerobokan)
Located about 30 minutes drive from Bali's international airport, a five minutes to central Kuta shopping centre and to beachfront international restaurant at the Oberoi sunset beach by car . The property is comprised of two traditional style villas, which feature 6 (six) air-conditioned bedrooms and one bedroom is fan cooled, with total of 5 (five) villas' bathrooms.

Set on 3,200m2 of landscaped gardens with two oval shaped swimming pool in each individual villa. Poolside, are sitting and dining areas, as well as deck chairs and pavilion. Tropical gardens, walk-ways, rice fields are featuring of the property.

House #1 fitted four air-conditioned double bedrooms situated on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a glass folding door oversee the gardens. The living is on first floor with open terrace fitted a day canopy bed complete with some round sofas with views to the pool and rice-paddies beyond.

House #2 fitted two air-conditioned double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom is on the ground floor and an other alternative bedroom for children situated on the second floor is fan cooled access to the wooden stairs way.

There are numerous of day beds in different parts of the house, whereby additional guests can be accommodated. The compound will accommodate up to 15 persons. Each individual living area is equipped with a stereo CD, television, Video CD and satellite connection for overseas television cannels, kitchen with all modern cons, such as aqua dispenser, toaster, juicer, blender, refrigerator, and BBQ.Each house has a telephone line that permitted to use for guests for a local call only at free of charge. Parking area for 4 cars is off on the second gate of the property. The first entrance features large wooden Balinese gate.

Canggu Villas (Location in Canggu)
Located in a secluded area of Canggu Village about 40 minutes drive from Denpasar airport, 10 minutes to Legian by car and a minutes walk to beach to find of Bali's most beautiful sunset beach.

Traditional style private accommodation set on 4,000m2 of land, consists of three private self-contain villas. There are total of 8 bedrooms at the property features six double bedrooms and two twin beds (four single beds). The bedroom are fully air-conditioned with ensuite bathrooms, each villa has its own swimming pool, living and dining area, stunning landscaped gardens, a team of western trained staff service and fully equipped kitchen. Office boy service available 24 hours for correspondence and errands for guests in
receiving and out going faxes or messages.

Ocean View Villas (Location in Canggu)
Set on 1,000m2 of block features 6 double bedroom with air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom, providing luxury accommodation up to 12 people, within two separate self-contained buildings. Fully staffed with three house maids, two cooks, a gardener and two night security guards.

Situated in the quiet village of Canggu overseeing the rice terrace with views of Batu Karu mountain in Tabanan, the ocean is only 400m away and popular with local and foreign surfers and is also hawker free. Thirty minutes drive from the Denpasar International airport, fifteen minutes away from the heart of lively Seminyak, Legian and Kuta and only a ten minutes drive to the number one tourist attraction of Tanah Lot and the golf course. A stones throw away from the world famous Tugu Hotel which is visible from the villa.

Both buildings are furnished with traditional, hand-carved Balineses
furniture and comprise of open living area with exposed alang-alang beams, with Television Satellite, Hi-fi and Stereo CD. The main building features a unique open viewing terrace, which enables guests to enjoy un-obstructive views of the rice fields, the ocean and the perfect Bali sunset in the comfort of their own surroundings. The two master bedrooms are only connected to the main building by a private walkway, thus giving total privacy for guests, the downstairs bedroom has a traditional Balinese open-air bathroom which features a sunken bath where you can bathe by moonlight, surrounded by lotus ponds. An experience highly recommended for
the romantics or honeymooners. Private swimming-pool (10m x 5m) and full compliment of pool furniture's; deck-chairs, mattresses and umbrellas are set in a tropical garden which features many plants and flowers.

Canggu Retreat (Location in Canggu))
A family holiday accommodation comprised of two separate villas, set on a 3,000 m2 of block with private swimming pool and located only a minutes walk to surfer's beach of Canggu fashionable village, a 10 minute to Legian shopping centre, restaurants and about 35 minutes to art villages of Ubud.

Both Villas are designed in a traditional Balinese style comfortably
accommodates for a families stay of 6 adults and 4-5 children. There are a total of five double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom complete with bathtub, garden shower bathroom, hot and cold water. The additional extra beds and baby cots are available upon request. There are two swimming pool 12m x 5 matters and large garden suggested for a family party or even a wedding ceremony.

Open plan living and dining with ceiling fan overhead adjacent to the pool and garden and the Ocean. Only the sounds of the birds in the rice fields to wake up to in the morning! Bright and airy circular living rooms which look to nice plantation gardens and pool area. The villas has well equipped kitchen and dining areas are adjacent with complete dinnerware's and antiques wooden tables set.
