The staff Wayan will be happy to assist to make an appointment with the masseuse / manicurist.

POOL
Located in between the 2 Bales / gazebos, away from living areas & it has a full day of sun, deck chairs surrounding the pool, an antique Madurese door and a carved stone sculpture of “Dewi Tara” ends of the pool.

FIRST FLOOR
The master bedroom is fully air conditioned features a king size bed with mosquito net, classic Javanese sofa, marble top side tables, large en-suite bathroom, full length mirror, private terrace with view of the pool and garden & separate from the living area.

The second bedroom is fully air-conditioned, features large queen size bed, en-suite shower complete with sofa & low table. There is a long antique table at window serves as a laptop station overlooking rice fields.

SECOND FLOOR
The master bedroom is rather large with classic Balinese ambiences, exposed ceiling of 6 meters tall, windows open toward the sunset and sunrise, and antique desk & chairs, telephone connection for computer sitting area. There is also a lounge sofa with coffee table. A gentle breeze keeps the room cool day & night. Charming mosquito net covers the king size, bedside tables & lamps, ceiling and floor fans, en-suite bathroom with bathtub walk in wardrobe / dressing room & a full length mirror. The living room with satellite TV overlooking the pool and garden views.

GUEST COTTAGE
Located by the pool features a queen size bed with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower & hot water. Overlooking the pool and garden.

DINING
Dining table sits 10 on cushion covered slim chairs with ceiling fan. An outdoors dining area seats 6 persons, shade provided by a garden umbrella. The table can be easily combined for bigger party.

LIVING AREA
There are many lounge spots thru the living, large sofas & big chairs, antique Madura wedding bed services as a day bed. There is a pool table, board games, books, satellite TV 29” with international news, movies & sport, cartoon, travel and cultural channels. The audio complete with CD / VCD / & DVD players. The living is cooled by ceiling & floor fans.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with 2 large refrigerators, stove, oven, toaster, juicer machines for fresh tropical beverages. Bar & big windows open on to the garden & the kitchen is completed with utensils, cutlery & crockery.

STAFF
The villa is fully staffed.
“PUTU” is a house keeper & a cook works from 09.00 to 17.00 week days. There are 3 maids who look after the household cleaning work from 08.00 to 21.00 in 2 shifts from Monday to Sunday.

A part time gardener and a pool man. A night guard “Yoppi” is start from 21.00 to 08.00 in the morning.

Putu can cook Indonesian, Asian and western foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She also does shopping for the groceries and present the bills after shopping. Please inform the staff in good time prior entertaining.

PERSONAL LAUNDRY
Villa does not provide laundry facilities however a professional laundry will pick up, wash, iron & delivery for small cost.

The villa is situated in the traditional village of Umalas in a suburb of Kerobokan, approximately 30 minutes from the International and domestic airport, and approximately 10 minutes from central Seminyak – the heart of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, beaches and other beautiful attractions.

Villa Anyar offers everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel and more. The Villa is a fully operational home from home and is occupied all year round. The villa has been designed for your every need, whether you require complete privacy or full service, simply advise us of your choice.

The villa itself is on a block of 2,000 sqm. of which the house encompasses 450 sqm. The location is surrounded by indigenous palm trees at the top of the rice terrace. The vista slopes gently down to a river. Within the compound the open plan ground floor opens out to a grand 15 metre x 6 metre swimming pool & Balinese gazebo. The surrounding gardens are tastefully planted and have ample lawns. All staff quarters are tucked away from the villa to ensure total privacy.

The villa itself boasts three levels, the ground floor consisting of lounge area with stereo system. The two air conditioned bedrooms share a majestic outdoor bathroom. On the ground level there is also a new stainless steel BBQ and pool table for those of you who enjoy a game. The first floor contains the main living area with & home theatre surround sound system and LCD satellite TV.

The lounge opens out onto a 15 metre terrace and has an adjoining fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. This level also houses the third air conditioned bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The lounge also has a separate bathroom. A built in spiral staircase takes you to level two which is the fourth air conditioned bedroom. This room has satellite TV, an ensuite bathroom and 320 degree views which includes seven volcanoes and the ocean to Uluwatu.

Please note the bedroom TV's only show channels set by the master unit in the lounge.

Each member is able to have their own privacy within one of the four bedrooms. It feels homely in the fact that there is one central meeting point pictured. There are a total of 4 baths.

The pool is large & irregularly shaped & spacious tropical gardens - with a very shallow end (suitable for toddlers) yet long enough to swim a few laps. Compliment deck chairs & pool umbrellas.

This house is fully staffed & is located in the back of Seminyak main street within walking distance of "Legian Beach", shops, restaurants, bars & the nightlife area. The lush tropical garden and its location off the main road makes you feel like your somewhere else, but not in the heart of it all.

Villa Canggu Sunset comprised of 5/6 bedrooms villa providing luxury accommodation for 10 - 12 people within 2 separate self-contained buildings. The main building features a unique open viewing terrace, which enables guests to enjoy un-obstructive views of the rice fields, the ocean and the perfect Bali sunset in the comfort of their own surroundings.

The main house contains 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. The 2 master bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) are only connected to the main building by a private walkway, thus giving total privacy for guests.
