Situated atop a 3,000 m2 plot of land which has a sprawling tropical garden which surrounds a figure eight shaped swimming pool. There is also a pavilion (day bed), pool-side and a look out tower & sitting area.

The ground floor double bedroom is fully air-conditioned & is entered from the living area, and has direct access to the pool & garden area. The property provides a western outlook over open rice fields with spectacular sunset views from the large upstairs balcony living area. It is close to Pettitenget’s Oberoi Street eating precint and beaches.

The main building comprises an air-conditioned downstairs kitchen and eating area, complete with cook top, range hood, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware and a microwave oven. The living area which completes this room is furnished with a large stylish day bed, and additional seating. The ground floor’s spacious air conditioned bedroom (with king or twin single beds) includes TV, DVD, en-suite bathroom and shower. An enclosed staircase, providing excellent security connects ground floor and first floor.

A private 3 air-conditioned bedroom villa with pool strategically located in the northern part of Legian area and close to all what tourists needs: restaurants, Local bars and Cafes, shopping centers and only five minutes walk to the beach. It is one of very few homes of this standard in such close proximity to "Legian Beach".

The villa is a centrally located two storey solid brick, 3-bedroom home set on a 1,000 m2 block with around 150 m2 of living space.

The villa is comprises of master bedroom features a double bed, a built-in wardrobe. Fully air-conditioned bedroom opens onto the back terrace with a beautiful outlook of the garden & swimming pool. It is equipped with a private en-suite bathroom fitted with toilet, hand-basin shower and bathtub.

The 'figure eight' shaped swimming pool (10 mtr X 5 mtr) is blue tiled and has a maximum depth of 1,50 metre and 1,00 metre at the shallow end. It is perfect for entertaining & general family leisure. There is also a small section of the pool which is divided off from the main swimming area by an underwater tiled wall, - designed for small children to bathe in safety, and has a depth of 70 cm.

In the garden a detached pavilion / pergola serves as the outdoor dining area (seats 6), overlooks the pool and garden. Balinese family staff who will take care the villa lives in separated house detached staff quarter.

Designed to seat eight people comfortably, the dining area is a few steps away from the expansive infinity-edged 14-meter swimming pool. Its glittering reflection will add that exotic touch while entertaining. Come daytime, take the plunge or relax on the sun loungers with umbrellas to suit.

Villa River Side 2 features two master bedrooms. Each has its own ensuite open-air Balinese-style bathroom with outdoor showers and gardens.

A full-time house manager - Oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay.

A Chef - Available on request (24hrs notice required). Trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided, and the cooks will do all the market shopping.

Maids - Responsible for housekeeping duties, taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and buildings of the property Security guards - Their duties are to patrol the grounds and guard the entrance of the villas from dusk to dawn ensuring your security.
